Onions… a staple in any well-stocked kitchen. They add a crisp bite to salads and burgers, and when cooked they add a pungent, lightly spicy flavor that complements almost any savory dish.

While thinking of ways we could add more flavour to food, we thought of caramelized onions. They give so much flavor to any dish as we can use them as a condiment, side-dish, an ingredient stirred in or lightly mixed-in or plopped on top.
